    Monday to Sunday 7 am - 7 pm

The online reservation system allows you to secure your pet's spot with a few clicks. For first-time guests, we may request additional information, including vaccination records and a brief overview of your pet's behaviour and preferences.

  • A: Yes, you are encouraged to bring your pet's food, however we also have our own food available for a fee should the need arise.

  • A: Every suite is outfitted with a pet bed as part of our base service which is washed daily to meet our cleanliness standards. We do allow external dog beds or toys to be brought into the facility, but do ask that any beds have a removable cover for washing.

This allows us to understand your pet's needs, preferences, and compatibility with our environment.
